Southern Environmental Center's 15th Ecofest to Honor Cameron Vowell




The Southern Environmental Center (SEC) at Birmingham Southern College will be honoring Dr. Cameron Vowell for her extraordinary contributions to environmental progress and awareness in Alabama at the 15th Annual Ecofest.
The event will be held on Thursday, October 3rd  in the Norton Great Hall on the campus of Birmingham-Southern College. Cocktails and silent auction will begin at 5:30, and a Harvest Supper will be served at 7:00 pm, followed by a live auction.
The SEC is the largest environmental educational facility of its kind in Alabama. An estimated 20,000 people visit the center's interactive museum at Birmingham Southern and ecoscapes throughout Birmingham.
