Nature Center Executive Director

Ruffner Mountain Nature Center seeks experienced ED. The successful candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with minimum of 7 years experience in a field of natural science, environmental education, natural resource management, or related field. A minimum 5 years in a leadership and supervisory capacity in nature center or similar organization is required. Must also exhibit a broad knowledge of natural science, finances, land management and public relations. Fundraising and supervision of staff required.
