The Black Warrior Clean Water Partnership has just released the Black Warrior Watershed Management Plan. It is online at: http://www.warriorcwp.org (access it through the maps & data link on the left side of the page).
The document is a valuable water quality protection plan resulting from nearly a year's worth of community collaboration. Good job!
